<p class="Paragraph">You can display footnotes in a text document at the bottom of a page (or column if you are using more than one column) or at the end of a document. The settings are defined by choosing <span class="T1">Tools - Footnotes</span>.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">The following information is also valid for endnotes. Endnotes are footnotes that appear collectively at the end of a document instead of at the foot of each page.</p>

Press PgUp to return from the footnote to the text.</p>

<p class="P2">The footnote format can be changed by modifying the Paragraph Style "Footnote," which is automatically applied to all footnotes in a document.</p>

<p class="P2">To delete a footnote, simply delete the footnote mark in the text. The footnote text will automatically be deleted as well.</p>
